為了強化師生交流並增進國際學生對台灣文化的認同，生醫光機電研究所與國際生醫工程博士學位學程於 1 月 9 日成功舉辦了年度末聚餐參訪活動。
當天上午九點，師生們準時從台北醫學大學雙和校區搭乘專車出發，開啟豐富的一天。首站抵達國立故宮博物院，在專業導覽員的詳盡解說下，帶領大家深入探索中華歷史的瑰寶與文物之美。隨後，一行人轉往具歷史地標意義的圓山大飯店，在莊嚴優雅的東方建築氛圍中享受精緻下午茶，讓平時忙於研究的師生們難得擁有輕鬆交流的午後時光。
傍晚時分，大家抵達風光明媚的淡水河畔。國際生們不僅親眼見證了享譽國際的淡水夕陽美景，更嘗試了在地特色美食「阿給」，並在街頭藝術表演的陪伴下度過愉快的夜晚。此次活動於晚間 19:50 圓滿結束，不僅增進了學術社群的凝聚力，也為本學期的辛勞畫下完美句點。

On January 9, 2026, the Graduate Institute of Biomedical Optomechatronics (GIBOM) and the International Ph.D. Program in Biomedical Engineering (IPBME) hosted a memorable Year-End Social Tour to foster cultural exchange and academic community bonding.
The journey commenced at 9:00 A.M. from the TMU Shuang-Ho Campus. Our first destination was the National Palace Museum, where a professional guided tour introduced our international students and faculty to world-renowned historical artifacts and masterpieces. Following the museum visit, the group arrived at the iconic Grand Hotel Taipei. Immersed in its majestic architecture, participants enjoyed a refined afternoon tea, providing a perfect setting for cross-cultural dialogue and relaxation.
To conclude the day, the group headed to Tamsui to witness its world-famous sunset. International students had the opportunity to taste local delicacies like "A-gei" while enjoying the creative energy of street performances along the riverbank. The event concluded successfully at 19:50 P.M., leaving all participants with lasting memories of Taiwan's beauty and a strengthened sense of belonging within our college.
